Echewisi, a citizen of Nigeria, a CEFE Fellow. Mr. Echewisi, is the first African
national to be awarded a CEFE Fellowship.

CEFE Fellows engage in leading community ethics and character training efforts among
schools and institutions on four continents. They assist organizations in the
creation and development of values based training among workers, members, students,
and leaders in their communities. According to LaFonda Oliver, Director of
Communications, \"The CEFE Fellowship award includes rigorous professional training
through CEFE to enable Fellows to acquire the Certified Applied Ethicist
designation. This training graduates Fellows who can organize programs and train
trainers as well.\"

Mr. Emmanuel Echewisi is a professional ethics trainer and the founder of the Centre
for Moral and Character Development in Port Harcourt, Rivers State - Nigeria. He
attended the University of Lagos in Nigeria and holds a General Certificate of
Education O & A Levels and a Diploma in Marketing. Echewisi is also a member and
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Administration.

According to Fred DiUlus, the volunteer Director of CEFE, \"The fellowship program is
suited for the professional practitioner and educator who desire to serve their
community. We believe a CEFE Fellow\'s mission is one that ensures the creation and
fostering of ethical and character rich communities.

CEFE awards 62 Fellowships annually.
